We provide regular classes covering Buddhist meditation and the Buddhist way of life. The Center is a member of the Kadampa Tradition following the Teachings and example of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, a fully accomplished meditation master and internationally renowned Teacher of Buddhism. Our Teachings include positive thinking, relaxation techniques, and practical advice for solving daily problems. We also organize study programs, community events, special day courses, retreats and weekend spiritual holidays abroad!
