Do you often become overwhelmed with the pace of modern life? Sometimes it feels like there are too many things to think about and too many things to accomplish. Meditation reduces distractions and creates a tranquil inner space in the mind. With this experience of inner space, there is room in your mind to think. You feel rejuvenated, and then you can accomplish all your goals successfully with ease.
The course costs $35 ($20 students/limited income) and includes a delicious vegetarian lunch! There is a 10% discount for registering one week early. Center Sponsors pay $10 for all day courses.
