Lunchtime Meditation
A perfect way to relax during a busy working day. So much of the stress and tension we normally experience comes from our mind, and many of the problems we experience, including ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress. Just by doing breathing meditation for ten or fifteen minutes a day, we will be able to reduce this stress.

$3 per class. There is no need to pre-book - just turn up and pay at the class. Center Sponsors pay $60 ($35 for students) each month, and can go to any class for free.
